hey guys i just got a fec100 and i am useing it today and the thing is shocking my ever time i touch it any were i touch it any of you ever had this problem.

While new owners are often "in shock" at what a great purchase they made, rarely is the cooker "shocked" with it's new owner. You better get in touch with customer service on Monday.

Agree with Rodney on this, don't use the unit until you can call CS on Monday. Sounds like it's grounded...to the smoker itself.

hey guys thanks for the help It turend out to be a bad ingnighter that was leaking volts out .they changed it out for me no more problems .ther service here is great.
