About a month ago I started a thread about smoking shrimp and scallops. I copy the recipes and directions to clipboard and send myself an email on important stuff and then save it. Unfortunately, I've (at least (for the moment) lost that directory.

We smoked shrimp and scallops tonight. They were decent but not great. Seasoned them with Penzey's Seafood Seasoning and Penzey's Special Lemon Pepper.

As I had little to go by, I used a small chunk of hickory and preheated the CS at 225 for about 25 mins. Put the seafood on and smoked it for about 20 +/- mins.

I'd say it was marginally oversmoked and mildly underseasoned.

Had run several Forum searches trying to find that thread with the info, but no luck. Would someone please direct me to it?
