SM 025 capacity

Really put the SM 025 through a test today. Two 14-15 lb brisket simultaneously. I had to angle them on the grates to get them to fit but the little smoker that could did them proper. I've done Five racks of ribs before but 30 pounds of beef had my attention. No problem
