SM150 Brisket and Butts | Cookshack

Hi Everyone,

Im taking Monday off from work.
Making Que for my sons pot luck at school.

1 14 pound Choice Angus Brisket
2 9 pound Pork butts
Smoker temp set at 225
6 oz of hickory

Home made cole slaw.
BBQ Sauce home made from Cookshack Mix.

Hi everyone,

Not sure why no one wrote anything on this.

Sorry, for some odd reason, I am just now seeing this gallery tonight.

It all looks great! Hickory is a good choice of wood for that combo. Did you think of mixing in some mesquite for the brisket?

I have wanted to try some mesquite.
So far Stuffed Jalapenos are the only thing I have used mesquite with.
They were realy good.
