Im taking Monday off from work.
Making Que for my sons pot luck at school.

1 14 pound Choice Angus Brisket
2 9 pound Pork butts
Smoker temp set at 225
6 oz of hickory

Home made cole slaw.
BBQ Sauce home made from Cookshack Mix.
