SM150 Select 19.62 LB Brisket

Hi Everyone,

I finally found a huge brisket.
I bought 3 briskets for Christmas dinner
1 19.62 LB brisket
1 16.94 LB brisket
1 14.83 LB brisket

Looking at my notes most of my past cooks are between 9 to 12 hours.

SM150 set to 225 deg.
Not sure how much more time the 19.62 lb brisket will take.

Any ideas?

look at your notes and figure how many pds they were. On average, mine take 1 hour per pd.

That's with any of my Smokers. I don't see much of a variance in duration. Even my smokette.

But yes, in my 150 too
