I have a 2010 SM160 that the IQ4 won’t operate if temperature is 40 degrees or colder outside, I’ve discussed with Cookshack and they said I would have to upgrade to the IQ5 controller. It’s not financially doable currently and I ask if they had schematics of the circuit boards and they said they didn’t so I was wondering if anyone on our site might have schematics? Thanks

I doubt this diagram will help much but there is always a chance.  It is the IQ 5 diagram. There may be simple differences or complex, but it is a start. I would think that a computer repair shop could check out the board for any burnt components and order correct replacement parts.  Worth a shot.

Look for electronic repair shops with experience fixing appliance control boards. While they might not have the exact schematics, they might be able to diagnose and potentially repair the existing IQ4 controller if the issue is a faulty component.

Used IQ4 Controller: Search online marketplaces for used IQ4 controllers that might be compatible with your SM160. This could be a more affordable option compared to a full IQ5 upgrade.
