Hi everyone! I own an SM260 that I use in my restaurant. Loaded meat to cook tonite and when my cook turned the unit on it did not beep and only displayed squares. Will not turn on. Anybody have any clues?

Has it worked in the past and just stop working this time?
Sounds like a controller problem, but haven't used a 260, I don't know if they have a fuse or not (most IQ do have one)

Yes, we cook on it almost 24/7 and this is the first time this has happened. But.. came in this morning and it fired up! have a full load of ribs on it now. However it has taken over an hour to come to 160 set for 250.
