it would be unreal to go to smitty's and walk up the street to kreuz and just watch them do brisket
only thing beter would be the houston ( i think) compwhere they bring tagged meat around for you to cook and you only get one piece of each kind of meat!!!!

Yes, you have to go ONCE, and then say you've been there done that.
Make sure to read the Road Trip through the South by Woodburner if you haven't.
Woodburner's Trip
Fogo de Chao or Texas de Brazil are both all you can eat Argentinian (there's one in Memphis).
You guys just need to take a road trip next year, come to tulsa for the 85 team contest and we'll tell you which places to eat on the way.
As for the Texas places, be careful, a lot of the are serving "smoked beef" and when it says that, it's clod, not brisket.

we would love to do a roadtrip and to be honest i have a map complete with stops that peggy knows nothing about. the tulsa contest sounds really nice!! now if i can just get the bucks together lol
