Smoke #45 in Progress

I got mine for my birthday in early November and try to use it at least once a week. The cold weather here didn't slow me down on my experimenting. I am getting ready (Sunday night) to smoke a 8lb butt to take it to work on Monday. I have found that my Weber grill doesn't get to see as much meat as it did in the past. Although there are many things I like to crisp up after smoking.

Hey Husker, I smoke in my 008 around 3 times per month on average, and 4 times/month in the summer. I'd like to do more, but so busy with the job, family, etc., can't fit more smokes in. This year was the first time I smoked in the winter; couldn't do that with my old brinkman, heck, it lost heat in the summer, let alone during the winter. I'm in bliss having real Q in the winter, thanks to CS.

I got my CS55 in November 07 and have smoked 22 times since then, which puts me at 1 smoke per week average. I bought a Ducane grill a month prior to getting my smoker and haven't used the grill since. I'll be putting some snack sticks in the smoker tomorrow morning.
