Smoked Blue Crabs!!!

The Blue Crabs are plentyful right now. I boil several dozen at least twice a week. It's time to try some in the ol' cookshack. I have no idea for a temperature or time, as I said in the past I'm gonna "just go for it". I'll post the results when I'm done.

I would give my eye teeth for some blue crab! Dang! I am very jealous. So what if I have King, Tanner, and Dungies...I LOVE them there blue crabs. Let us know for sure how they come out!
