Tried my first chickens this week. Placed a 4 and a 5 pound chicken on the middle rack after rubbing some spicy chicken and salt and pepper to the outside. smoked at 200 for 4 hours with hickory and it was the juiciest I have ever had! WOW..... Not to mention all the browny points with the inlaws!!! (they bought the smoket!)

Just love my smoker!!!!
