The frozen Margarita during prep time aint bad either

Would have been even better if you had a margarita on the rocks made with Casa Noble and Cointreau.

Thanks, used some Salvy Sousa meat marinade/sauce I received in the exchange, good stuff, I had to reorder more!

Had a little extra left over, so I made a mini loaf as well. Used some Peppered Cow rub and the Whoop Ass sauce from the last exchange. And when I got my FEC, I wondered how long it would take to make it look like the inside of a coalmine like my old SM020. Well, the answer is just under three months. No shiny SS inside this smoker anymore.

I recently made this, it was excellent! I deviated from the instructions by cooking the whole time on a grill mat without foil as Andy did above.
