2 racks of Kippered Salmon
In case you are curious about the ivory colored chunks. There is a run of Chinook Salmon that spawns in the Fraser river that has meat as white as a Halibut (which I also caught a limit of). They look like any other Chinook and you will not know you have one until you filet it. Some people do not like them as they feel Salmon has to be RED. I actually prefer them as I feel they are slightly milder. Could be my imagination.
