Hi carnivores! I have had my Cookshack smoker for years on Long Island. My smoked striped bass salad is legendary up there. But I retired and moved to Florida. So things have changed. My neighbor hunts wild hogs and he and his group have a surfeit of wild hog meat in their freezers. They are offering me a lifetime supply. There is a catch of course. According to them, wild hog has almost no fat in it. Has anyone tried smoking wild hog and had success? I need a little help here.
