Great, thanks for asking.
Had 12 students, and I know you can't believe it, but YES I can talk about PR for 3 hours.
Having a Turkey 101 this week, have 8 students.
My first degree was in teaching, go teaching BBQ is a natural extension. The hard part is to remember these are paying students, so I need syllabus, handouts, etc.
Of course we DID eat some Prime Rib. Several of the students said they were intimidate about it before class but when I polled them after, they all said they were ready to try. Even the 65 year old grandmother in the class.
