So I have some walleye that is cleaned and frozen,was wondering if anybody has done this and any pointers would be great, what temperature and how long?
Bucknut 2 I have never smoked walleyes but do smoke bluefish and salmon all the time. I personally think walleyes are not oily enough for the smoker but the main reason not to smoke is walleyes cannot get any better than deep fried. just my 2 cents worth. post up if you try em. papasmurph
