Chris Hart of IQUE competition team is on the show. I attended his comp class last year and can definitely say, the guy puts out some mean barbecue. His brisket is the best I've tasted.
Remember though, these guys cook for judging points, which can be quite different than what we do at home on weekends. Having judged a few comps I can say that what I turn out at home is as good or better than 50% of what I've judged...and I didn't need a $10,000 Jambo Pit to do it
