I wonder, can they really do any better then our forum members with a Cookshack and recipes from this forum? Seriously, have you folks tasted BBQ as good as what you can do with these marvelous cookers?
PS Let's all advocate for Cookshack and this great small company that has brought us such great food that we may never before experienced.
Chris Hart of IQUE competition team is on the show. I attended his comp class last year and can definitely say, the guy puts out some mean barbecue. His brisket is the best I've tasted.
Remember though, these guys cook for judging points, which can be quite different than what we do at home on weekends. Having judged a few comps I can say that what I turn out at home is as good or better than 50% of what I've judged...and I didn't need a $10,000 Jambo Pit to do it
