SOP for Pulled Pork? | Cookshack

I love pulled pork and the taste of the smoke flavor. I have searched and found a good SOP to
add but want to increase the smoke flavor in it.
I think by incorporating some of the drippings off
the meat I can accomplish this. Has anyone done
this using a pan inside the smoker?

The dripping you get from inside will be very bitter as they pick up a lot of the smoke taste. The best thing, for me, would be to "smoke" your SOP before you use it.

SOP means slathered on pork! Like sopping a biscuit in syrup.
