I started seasoning my new smokette this morning and while I was upstairs the wife said "the thing just popped and lots of smoke came out" The wife and kids almost passed oatmeal through their noses! The temp outside is mid to high 40's, I put 8oz of hickory and turned it on to 200 deg. I don't think it did it again but we weren't around much longer anyway. Any ideas? Big Grin
