Standing Rib Roast in FEC100

Hey guys,

I'm going to cook a large rib roast this Saturday for the first time in my FEC.

Any suggestions like use the bottom shelf, cook it in an aluminum tin temperature suggestions etc?

Start with Smokin's Prime Rib 101 and after that look in the Prime Rib section of the Forum You will find enough info to occupy you for many many hours(All good of course)
