Just got back from some training in Dallas, stopped at North Main BBQ for lunch today before I went to the airport. That place is a HOOT! Only open three days a week, got there around 11:45 and there were already about 50 people in line! Got the $12 buffet, went to pay, and there was Hubert Green sitting at the end collecting money. No cash register, just a big 'ol wad of cash. TOO Funny!
Ribs were OUTSTANDING! Brisket was a little dry, pulled pork was pretty good. All in all, a FUN experience.
