Okay, not sure I'm placing this in the best location but, anyways.

Of the video's out there to make sausage, bacon, jerky, etc.

Which is the best one. OR if choosing one topic such as Sausaging making. What would the best video be???

Briggsy, there are so many out there it's hard to say.
I think you would be better off just going to this site and do a bunch of reading.
