I am sure Stuart and his staff are MUCH smarter then I. However, after doing much reading of the Forum, I ordered a new Taylor temp.w/probe, gloves and various other small but needed acessories. I think CS should consider stocking and selling some of these items. I know I would have been eager to have purchased all in one combined with good information.

I was recently in one of those dollar stores, and ran across a bread pan that measures 7 1/2 x 12 & 1 1/2 deep. I put foil in it and use it as a drip pan for my 008. Absolutely no mess.
