I thought I was going to have brisket,but when I looked at the Excel Angus at Sams this morning it didn't appear that brisket was a good idea. There was about 18 or so and they were awful.I did get to hear a gentleman explain to his son how to split the point from the flat.I was going to ask how to find a good one to him,but was afraid I would embarrass myself.(lol) If his son wasn't there I guess I would have given or gotten lessons.

It looks like brined chicken for the game.
