Looks great Rich. I like to use a bunch of cayanne. I need to remember to sprinkle on before cooking next time. Personally I would skip the liquid smoke and hickory salt and just use reg. sea/kosher salt. i would think we would get enough smoke in our smokers. I like the other ingredienrs alot. sounds nice and sweet.

I did take it out when I use the SMO55 but when I make it on the Traeger or the FEC I put it back in, I like it extra smokey

This stuff is amazing on Jerky, wings almost anything:
