sweet rib recipe

hey guys i am looking for a sweet tasting rub or sauce for some babybacks, i heard of a sweet glaze? of something with sugar or brown sugar. if you have any please tell me how to apply as i am new at this, i have a model 50. i could use the cooking times.thanx steve

Posted a recipe with 2cups out of 5+ cups of sugar in the rub. Check the recipe topic of a couple of days ago.

Hi!

For an easy glaze, check for the following. Honey,apple jelly, orange marmalade, Knott's apricot or strawberry syrup. Heat a large enough amount in a pan to coat the ribs when you take them out of the smoker. If you have it in the house chances are it is someone's favorite. You may want to try yor favorite on a slab also. Coat, let set for 10 min - and enjoy.
