Any way to Calibrate the temp on the controller? Runs about 16 degrees hot and can't get the holding temp down under 156. Checked with 2 probes and thermoworks signal. Probes are within 2 degrees of each other. I bought this as more of a warming oven than smoker.

I'm not aware of any method. Maybe CS has a way of tweaking the controller.
Thank you, after smoking a pork butt I turned down the controller to 140 just to see what it would do and to my surprise both the Cookshack controller and my thermoworks were reading the same at 139. Not sure what to make of it but working pretty good now.
