If anyone is contemplating purchasing a cookshack,...just do it. It is the best food investment one can make.

I'm still new but these new flavors I'm a tastin are simply unbelievable.

I love the set and forget simplicity of the cookshack. This means more thought into technique.

Right now I have baby backs with bacon resting on top for added flavor. These will cook for 2hours then I will foil with coca cola.....cant wait.

Yesterday was a beef brisket that is simply mouth watering. I'll be enjoying BBQ beef sandwiches for the next couple of days. My parents are going to flip when I bring em these ribs.

Just a thank you. Cookshack customer service should be a model for all companies AND I truly cant remember making a purchase that has brought such enjoyment into my life as this little smoker AMAZING

One last note: I fish just about every weekend for Tuna and I really have to turn my phone off and stay away from friends houses and local hangouts on Mondays and Tuesdays. The minute I walk in the door, I'm hit the folks begging for smoked albacore or Yellowfin

Now,....All I need to do is hit up a local ladies singles club and I'll be a rock star Smiler

Creechin,
I'm so glad you're pleased. And since it's only Friday here, could I put in my order for some yellowfin early? We eat a lot of smoked mullet in Florida. Very fishy, but a taste I love since I grew up on it!
I can't wait to get our smokers!!!!

Creechin.. my son has been doing a lot of tuna/alby fishing lately.. he did some on his large q'er.. and it turned out great.. He'll be leaving next week for another trip down to S.Ca on one of the 5 day boats. He's expecting a haul as I guess the bite is really on. Where are you out of. I think he is fishing on a boat called the Q105 or something like that.
