Just wanted to say in writing how much Cookshack has taken care of me and gone out of their way to provide the best customer service I have ever recieved, even though all the problems I've had were caused by me and not the smokers fault!

How rare is it these days to call anyone's customer support line these days and get connected with a person on the other end? No prompt inputs, no elevator music, just a real live person ready and willing to help.

The folks at Cookshack get "it".
