Just wanted to update everyone. I have been trying to do my homework on Q quitely in the archives. I have now done 2 butts and a brisket. WOW, my friends are impressed. Thank you to everyone who answered all my rookie questions. this IS a great place!!!!!

When you figure out ribs, clue us in!!!!
It's fun, isn't it? And you can eat it. I think smoking is like a science experiment for me. Jack's always doing a good job, but I'm still learning.

If you can get spareribs or St louis there use them. 5 hours at 225 should get you there.
