while this may sound off pros topic for those who have a husband/wife operation be thankful for someone who can keep you on the path. the 14th marks our 35th wedding anniversay. peg is great with money, matter of fact she can squeeze 2 nickles together and get a quarter. people like her and that has helped the operation beyound words. i can crunch numbers, make new specials, repair, tow and all the rest but to be honest my people skills are somewhat lacking although the edikeet course i took from mike mill's daughter did help some. i got rick bayless's book "mexico, one plate as time" as an early gift. next to bbq i find mexican cusine the most demanding and since every sunday i do not smell wood smoke or cook pork, chicken or beef this should make rita the fish lady at the market real happy.
so a word of advice to pros. do not forget your best asset and that is your wife whether she cooks or not they keep you on the narrow path.

Way to go, you two.

Kristine and I work as a team together and I know it's a lot of work but it's a lot of fun, too. I couldn't ask for a better partner.

Well done, Jack and Peggy. I'll cook you a Mexican dinner, complete with margaritas and Mariachis when you are in Montana......
