Question, have you ever changed the battery in your old one...or did you mean it went swimming?

I left it out one time when it rained and it lost one pixel in the readout. I never changed the battery since the battery was sub standard and never went to radio shack to see if I could get a replacement. If the pixel came back after that maybe it's still good? Who knows.

Gotta relay this Thermapen story....

My daughter is getting married and her boyfriend knew I was a BBQ queen (well, I am working up to that status!) Last week he stopped by with a small present for me--a brand spanking new Thermapen!!! I almost fell over....

So--guys, this boy is a "keeper" unlike some of the other "bottom - feeders" she has dated in the past!!
