While grilling for family partys/get togethers,ect.(burgers,chicken and such)
I crank up the model 50 and put the hot dogs and (store bought) smoked sausage in.
It saves room on the grill and prevents char dogs and grease flare-ups(from sausage), plus everyony raves about the nice touch it puts on them.You can also use the CS to keep meat warm after grilling,to make room for more on the grill.

I can't take credit for this one, I read it here,but it's worth repeating.

Soak your racks in water with a little SIMPLE GREEN cleaner and after a few minutes they brush (or rag) off clean as a whistle.
2nd hint USE HOT WATER, makes all the difference in the world.Layne
