I got my CS150 last week, its seasoned, the ribs are rubbed, and I'm a wreck. I have done ribs in a offset before, like the say first time for everything. I own a pizza place in southern Wisc. and no one around here does Q. I want to say Thank You to everyone on this forum, and to Dr BBQ, after reading every entrie on this forum, I will be ok. Lots of great information on here and lots of help. I will let you know how it all comes out. Once again Thank You Ron Smiler
