OK, so that's what it means!!!
Well, I'm quite familiar with the end product, if not the term. I've actually posted a few comments on that process...luckily I found a butcher in my area that supplies the local bar/grill type establishments who is now selling me ribs and butts. I don't think I'll ever go back to the injected type pork.
