Don't know when you were doing this, hope I'm not too late.

Why did you split the butt? Oh well, season it up well and it will take about 1.5 hours per pound. The 4 lb pieces might actually cook up a little faster as more meat is exposed. They might also dry out more.

The turkey legs won't take long, but I can't give you a specific time. Won't take but about 1.5 hours, and I'd shoot for an internal of about 175.
