You didn't mention what you are cooking on,so the tentative answer is yes.
I don't have my notes,but I once tried a 23 or 24 pounder in a smokette.
If you are cooking 225� and it is a tough bird and you open the door much,it could stretch out as much as 8 hrs.
If you brine it a couple of days,cook at the max temp[250�] of the smokette,it is a tender bird,don't do much door opening,it may come down closer to six hrs.
