Seriously though, you need to get a video clip to post so we can all watch you. It'd be a shame to waste all that air time on just a few Okie folks!

We recently did a segment for the local news on frying a turkey...they gave us 9 minutes! Thank God for the miracle of TV editing and timing!

Actually it went great. Got a few phone calls after the show. The TV "talent" said "wow, you did great, you must really love BBQ, have you done this before on TV?"

Donna saw it, maybe she'll give a report.

I looked at the TV website, but no clip was available. I put it on the DVR. Now if I can just convert the DVR file to another format.

Have another show on Thur and on the radio Friday.

I seen the segment tuesday, I think you did real good Smokin. Gongrats, you should try and be the next big winner in the "food networks next big star" It could be all about barbeque. hehe. Im gonna try and get down to Bricktown this weekend. Maye see ya there.
