here's the one I use...better known as Arkansas Swamp water!

Arkansas Bbq Sauce (2gal)

2 qt water
1/2 c black pepper
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c dried red pepper flakes
1 1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
3 qt red wine vinegar
1 1/2 c yellow mustard
1 qt white wine
1 qt catsup
1 1/2 c salt

Bring to boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or
store in aluminum store in glass. Makes 2 gallons.
