GOTTCHA!!!! I knew all you dirty minds would take a look.. I have been cooking butts for some time, and have had GREAT Pulled Pork. I have read some posts from Smokin, mentioning the not so popular plateau. Well, it finally happen!!! I lost my PLATEAU VIRGINITY!!! It took me 16 hours to cook a 8# butt to the temp. of 195.... I am just glad that I put it on at 8pm the night before the fourth...Still turned out fine...
