What an improvement!

We did the McPherson Contest last weekend and after employing and fine tuning a few tips learned at the Cookshack school from Eddie & Paul coupled with changing from traeger pellets to Branch creek brand our finish jumped from our usual 10 +- to 5th over all.
If you haven't tried Branch creek you should.
