I seasoned my new 55 then smoked catfish and saugage together. For my 1st it was good. The next day I smoked BB ribs and chicken. After four hrs. took them off. They look great. The problem is they tasted like FISH! Do I need to clean out after I cook fish? Can I use a cleaner and hose out?
