We rant and rave about our differnt smokers. Heres the facts:
Yesterday I went to the store and picked up 4 slabs of spare ribs. Prepared them by removing the membrane, rubbed with Cookshack rib rub and put in my cookshack 55 with a stick of wood. Kick started the Harley and went for a 5 hour ride dodgeing the rain storms. Came home, opened the magic box and ate perfect ribs.
Does it get any better than that? Cool
