Anyone else had problems after ordering? I have been waiting for over two weeks. They keep telling me they are out of augers. I REALLY want my smoker

agonizing isn't it!? Give'em time, you'll be smelling like smoke in no time. Trust me, it's worth the wait!

I don't think you'll find ANY references to bad customer service at CS in these forums.
Not because I delete bad posts, but because there aren't any.
If they told you augers are on order, I'm 100% positive that's it.
The build the smokers "on demand" and if demand is high or supply stocks down, they may not come out as fast as you'd like.
Be patient, it'll be worth the wait.

SmokinOkie is right. I waited about 2 weeks to get mine recently. I had a few problems with my FEC100 and Tony at Cookshack took care of them right away. I wish everyone had this kind of customer service.

I'm right there with Rainman,It was two weeks for mine to come in also! and when it did and cooked on it the first time.... Stood there with a baby back in one hand, and a smile of amazement on my face!!
Sence then, had a "self- inflicked" problem, and they are taking care of me!!!

just be glad your's isn't setting in hurricane alley like mine was. shipped to the trailer maker on june 17th. we finally got the trailer between hurricane 3 and 4 but couldn't get generators for another month. time frame was june delayed to delivery in late september and it was october before we could locate generators.
