Kroger has whole boneless NY strip on sale. I searched the forum and found nothing. Any ideas on what to do with it? NY Strip was always to lean for me. I'm more of a Ribeye or T Bone guy.
Aside from smoking it as a roast, there's always the option of cutting steaks for the grill. If Kroger is selling USDA Choice Strips, the meat should have moderate marbling.
