I have two turkeys ( 12# and 13.5#) to smoke. I'm planning to do both at once, rotating them in the smoker every few hours to try to even out the time spent in the hot part of the cooker (near the heat source).
So, this will be the third turkey-smoke I've done. Do I plan the timing for a single 13.5# bird? Or will the second bird double the time it will take?
