You've all convinced me!

I'm patiently waiting for my order to arrive. (Just placed it second's ago!!!) I just wanted to thank everyone here that has given their input on this board, I spent most of the day reading all of the post's, and came to the conclusion that this is the product I want! Thanks again, I just orderd the Smokette!

I know I'll need all your help as soon as it arrives!

You won't be sorry....I've cooked on many smokers....Bullet, Big Green Egg, Offset...I really think the CS is a Great Product. I've only had mine for a couple weeks, but used it plenty. Everything has been outstanding....and maybe more importantly, easy. When it comes to smoking its hard to beat.
