10,000 post contest

Ever wonder where your time went?

So, I'm sitting at 9850 posts, when will I hit 10,000?

Think about it, if I spend 2 min on each post, that's 20,000 mins or over 333 hours OR almost 14 days of just typing, let alone reading them.

Whew....

Pick the date and time (per my PC) which shows this post as: 11/20 9:08AM

The one closest to it will get a suprise gift from Cookshack (I haven't told them, but they'll support me I know) but no, it won't be an FE100.

OK everyone. I was thinking Smokin has put in a lot of time and effort to help us all produce better BBQ. He has diligently monitored and contributed to this barbecue forum since January 2001. The man deserves a rest and should enjoy his Thanksgiving in peace and quiet. So I think it would be very considerate of everyone to hold off asking him questions until after Thanksgiving. Let him enjoy the holidays. Refrain from bothering him until, say, the beginning of December. This will give him a well deserved vacation, and we can then bombard him when he's rested and refreshed.

Now, I know the skepticals out there will see this as a sleazy attempt on my part to try and orchestrate a personal contest win, but I assure you I'm not thinking of myself. Sometimes I just feel for our tireless monitor and guru. So let's suck it up people. Roll Eyes Big Grin
