Put two pork butts (16 lbsa total)on at 1930 and at 2000 realized I foegot to foil the bottom. That sucker sure is hard to work on when its hot, burned my fingers a few rimes.Bouhgt a small four draw ewr, 1 door metal cabinet at SAM's todat, it has4 in. casters and a wood top, grandson will put it together fot me tomorrow. Sure is hard to do do these things when you are 80.
