Looking for guidance on the correct time/temp to cook a turkey in the Smokette. I have done on previously using the recipe on the cookshack site which recommends cooking at 180-200 for 1 hr a pound. But the Turkey 101 site suggests cooking at 250 for ~20-25min a pound. Wondering which method is "better".

So, you kept good notes, how did that go on the one you did previously?

101 is a ball park. If you want real times, check out the first few threads "turkey reports" for actual times from actual users.
